Don’t forget they run the trading room twice a day (except Fridays which is only in the morning).
They will call you to follow up on whether you are confident and comfortable to fund and trade. At the end of the day, your reason for learning to trade.

ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
As you will be allocated a QuickTrade Account Manager / Business Development Executive - he will definitely make himself known!
His job is to make sure you have settled in, your account is up and running and if need be assist you to fund your account. He will answer any questions you have or get the right person to contact you.

GENERAL COMMUNICATION
What’s the flow? You will be contacted by a number of people wanting to make sure you are OK!
Support will check in and assist with the downloading of your trading platform, also help out with any problems you are experiencing opening your trading account - remember your trading account must be opened in order for you to place trades.
